🩺 Health Guarantee & Initial Vet Check

To ensure your Teacup Maltese arrives in perfect health, each puppy is thoroughly examined by our licensed veterinarian prior to shipping. The certified Veterinary Health Report includes checks for:

  • Cardiovascular health
  • Eyes, ears, skin, and coat
  • Mouth, teeth, and gums
  • Respiratory and gastrointestinal systems
  • Musculoskeletal and urogenital functions

If any health concern is identified, we will not proceed with shipping. You can rest assured that your puppy is healthy, safe, and free from infectious diseases when they leave our care.

📋 Your Responsibility: Post-Arrival Vet Visit

In compliance with international health standards, you are required to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 10 days of arrival. This initial checkup is crucial for validating our health guarantee.

Please email us a copy of the health report from this visit. It must include confirmation from your vet that the puppy is healthy or note any concerns.

✅ Health Guarantee Terms (Valid for 1 Year)

We guarantee that your Teacup Maltese is in good health at the time of delivery. If within the first 10 days, your veterinarian detects a pre-existing illness or condition that began before delivery, please notify us immediately.

In the rare event of:

  • The puppy’s passing within one year of purchase
  • Or a certified medical condition within one year that severely impacts its health

We will offer you a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost, provided you send a certified vet report confirming the condition.

❤️ Ongoing Support & Puppy Wellness

Our relationship with you doesn’t end once your Teacup Maltese arrives — we are here to support you and your puppy every step of the way.

Each puppy is:

  • Dewormed and vaccinated appropriately before leaving us
  • Not in need of immediate re-vaccination upon arrival
  • Ready to begin life in a loving, attentive home

We encourage you to continue regular deworming and veterinary checkups up to 16 weeks of age and beyond, based on your vet’s recommendations.

⚠️ Important Exceptions

Please note the following exclusions from our health guarantee:

  • Failure to complete the required vet check within 10 days voids this guarantee
  • Lack of ongoing veterinary care also voids the guarantee
  • Conditions related to spaying/neutering, such as undescended testicles, are not covered
